Team Coaching
For small department teams or business lines as well as large group events. Topics and formats are designed specifically for your organization based on your current needs. Durations offered include 1-2 hours, half day (4 hours), full day (8 hours), and 2-3 day off-sites. Team engagements can be customized based on your team’s needs.

Retreat Facilitation
Our bespoke retreats are designed to provide a unique and intensive learning experience that fosters self-discovery, growth, and skill enhancement for your team. The retreats range from 2 - 5 days and our team can support you in as little or as much as you need. I.e. We can simply create the agenda for the “business” part of the retreat or we can manage the entire process (venue co-ordination, Food and Beverage management, logistics, accommodations, activities planning in addition to the “business” parts of the agenda).
