Our Mission
We believe that showing up as a leader - in life, in work and in community - is simultaneously an expression of oneself as well as a responsibility. We help leaders navigate the fine balance of showing up without showing off, have a stance and a perspective while being respectful and gracious to differing worldviews. We believe that leaders must be purposeful in their missions without being rigid as to how they will get there.
We believe that leading big involves a delicate balance of creating and communicating an inspiring vision while being able to generate buy-in, engagement and followership. Leading big is about having courage, dreams, and passion while also flexing our leadership styles so we can meet people, cultures, and projects where they are.
