Grace Churchill & Associates has been an active coach, workshop designer and facilitator and group facilitator in leading this Canadian pension fund’s 8-month leadership and management program for the last 8 years.
Over 250 participants have graduated from this multi-faceted program which includes 7 workshop modules, three facilitated peer-to-peer coaching opportunities, learning partners and supportive resources and leadership content. Grace Churchill continues to be the lead coach for this program, which is going on to its 9th year and will be nominated for an International Coach Federation Toronto Chapter annual award in 2024.

Grace Churchill & Associates was involved in executive coaching in support of this bank’s two primary DEI programs focussed on women in leadership and BIPOC executives.
Each program consisted of approximately 20 – 25 leaders in each cohort where participants attended monthly workshops and were supported by three one on one executive sessions during the course of the program. Grace Churchill & Associates coaches supported the executive coaching portion of this program for the last 2 years.
